Richie Shaffer

A second-generation custom builder and multi-generation Charlestonian, Richie was raised on the Isle of Palms.  His teen age years and early 20's were spent on the custom home sites of his father.  Richie trained under his father for several years until joining an emerging firm where he worked almost exclusively on large scale renovations. After managing eight renovations and one new construction over three years, he left to create his own firm in 2011. Richie utilizes the knowledge that he has gained from both renovations and new construction to build homes of the highest quality while fostering life-long relationships with his clients and subcontractors.
